Dependent on the complexity of your request we can normaly have your order to you within 5 working days. Contact us if you have an urgent requirement as we will aim to work within your deadlines.
If for any reason you are not happy with the finished article, please contact our team and we will be happy to help. Should an item arrive damaged we will replace the item but do require photographic evidence of the issue in order to make our service better.
As soon as you can get in touch with the sales person who has completed your order and let them know the new address. If the item is still in production then there will be no problem but once the item has been shipped it may be impossible to change the delivery location.
We will update you as the item goes through production and supply tracking information once the item is shipped.

Don’t panic, we can update the delivery address and instruction up to the point at which the order is shipped. Once the item is shipped then it may still be possible if you use your tracking information to update the delivery address.
